Enrollment Process

We’re always excited to welcome new families to Polyglots Academy. We are currently enrolling for the 2025-26 school year as well as our online summer session. Our enrollment process is straightforward and designed to ensure the best fit for your child’s educational journey.

1. Step 1: Initial Inquiry

   • Begin by filling out our General Interest Form on our website. This will allow us to understand your child’s needs, age, and preferred services.

2. Step 2: Consultation

   • After receiving your inquiry, we will schedule a consultation to discuss your child’s academic goals, our curriculum, and how Polyglots Academy can best support their learning needs.

   • This may include a virtual or in-person meeting with our staff, where we can discuss programs and answer any questions.

3. Step 3: Application

   • Complete the Enrollment Application form. This includes providing essential documents such as proof of age, medical records, and previous academic reports (if applicable).

4. Step 4: Review and Acceptance

   • Once we receive your completed application, our team will review it. You will then be informed of your child’s placement within our school community.

5. Step 5: Enrollment Confirmation

   • After acceptance, we will confirm your child’s spot in their chosen program and provide an Enrollment Packet with additional information on school policies, schedules, and tuition fees.

6. Step 6: Finalizing Enrollment

   • Secure your child’s place by submitting the enrollment fee and completing any final documentation. We will then send a confirmation email with the next steps for orientation and first-day preparations.

Schedules

At Polyglots Academy, we offer both in person and online options to best fit your family’s needs.

• Private Microschool:

  • Full-time, in-person classes are held from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

  • Our academic year follows a traditional school calendar, with fall, winter, and spring breaks in alignment with major public school systems. Summer programming is available separately.

• Summer Program:

  • • Our summer program will take place virtually this year.

    • Classes are held Monday through Friday for 1 hour per session.

    • The Available class times are as follows: 9:00am to 10:00am EST or 1:00pm to 2:00pm EST

Pricing

Polyglots Academy offers competitive tuition pricing for all programs, designed to provide high-quality education while remaining accessible to our community.

• Private Microschool Tuition:

  • Full-time tuition for the 2025-26 school year is set at $5000 per year, which includes all educational materials, field trips, and extracurricular activities.

  • A non-refundable enrollment fee of $150 is required to secure your child’s spot for the school year.

  • Payment plans are available, with options for monthly, quarterly, or annual payments.

• Summer Program Fee:

  • The fee for our summer program is set at $400 for the full 8 weeks.

  •  Available payment options include: upfront, monthly or weekly payments.
